Here’s Looking at You Kid?

Mink
Or otter?
Round snout or
Pointed? – brown or black
Animal?

Large
Or smaller –
The otter is
Bigger, the minx is
Smaller

Both
Of the
Same family – wasn’t
A polecat though, I’m
Sure.

I
Conclude the
Aquatic artisan was
Indeed a furry little
Mink

“Here’s looking at you, kid” was improvised by Humphrey Bogart in the Parisian scenes and worked so well that it was used later on again in the film (Casablanca).

Silence in Nature

walking
with Little
Miss we find
another stolen
egg on the ground
this time an eastern
Bluebird, smaller than
a robin’s about the
same light blue
Color and

almost quite whole except for
the attacked spot. I’ll fill it, too
with glue, for Son of Son; the
science of nature.
