Skips and Skipping

In a rush to settle back
Into a routine…
I forgot about keeping
Some while focusing on others

Pacing out steps for a challenge
And has consumed hours
The health benefit is still debatable,
Questioning is good, isn’t it?

In a rush to settle scores
I’ve subtracted while gaining…
Routines change –
And that is what life is about.

    What did you forget? To make notes? Subtraction, as in weight loss from all the walking and running about on your adventures? LOL – well, as long as you’re enjoying yourself in all of this, that’s ultimately what really counts. As for health benefits? Long term? You will be fitter, and have more energy, and that’s not a bad thing. Everything else that may come of it? Icing on the cupcake 😉
