Just Karma 206
(tau ku, pi ku pair)

bone chilling

at five the sun is gone
the dusk
becomes shucked husk bearing no fruit

clouded sky
no moon or stars

Smaller than haiku: line/syllable count
tau ku : 1/6, 2/2, 3/8
pi ku: 1/3, 2/1, 3/4

  1. I love this line “the dusk becomes shucked husk bearing no fruit” Did you put these two forms together yourself or was it a form already? They work together really well. This poem is perfection
