Tabulating Twice
Two eyes, two ears, one mouth; goes the prayer
To see more, hear more, speak less; in harmony

to always listen
to your complaints, brings me frowns
when do/ can you smile?

Two siblings, two personalities; drifting with sighs
Two far shores, two different lives; passing ships

perseverance and
determined spirits tend to
only haunt themselves

All things in the world are two. In our minds we are two –
good and evil. With our eyes we see two things – things that
are fair and things that are ugly…We have the right hand that
strikes and makes for evil, and the left hand full of kindness, near
the heart. One foot may lead us to an evil way, the other foot
may lead us to good. So are all things two, all two.

  1. how true – everything, almost everything comes in twos … and so often, it is the problem, the root, for we overlook, that we have but one heart.
